📬 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on complexity.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday volume.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


📦 Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Some oversized items may have restrictions depending on the carrier.


❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

However, we will do our best to assist you if:

  • Your order is significantly delayed

  • Your tracking stops updating

  • Your package arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged item.


📧 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
